Total pay: subscriber until one month before the exit, if it is with cash. You tariff they are frozen by total payment.
Rates: all the suitable prices are for person.
Alterations: the organizing NANATRAVEL is reserved the right of altering the order of the journeys whenever it was forced it in order to contribute with the biggest success in the trip.
Responsibility: the organizing NANATRAVEL of trips and tourism leg. 13161 Disp.378/07 declares explicitly that it only acts as middleman among the travelers and the entities called to facilitate the services that is to say, hotels, restaurants, air, sure companies, services, etc. consequently declines all responsibility for deficiencies in anyone of the borrowed services, as well as any damage, wound, accident, irregularity or impuntalidad in the schedules of the passengers' presentation that it could happen during the execution from the same ones to people that make the trip for its mediation, as well as the baggage and objects of its property. The airlines that intervene in this tour won't be considered responsible for any act, omission or irregularity that it could take place during the time that the passengers are not on board their airplanes. The note will constitute the only commitment between the airlines and the buyer of this tour.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation of the trip, they will be entitled the passengers to the refund of the given sums, deduced of them 10% of the total amount of the price estimated in concept of organization honorarium and administration expenses. In the 30 days previous to the departure date they will suffer a deduction of 20% of the total amount of the conventional or dear price. While in the 10 days previous to the exit date, and there being already the carried out company all the pertinent payments, they won't be entitled to refund some, being to approach of the company returning the sums that it considers possible to make it.
I decree 2182/72 - Art. 21: When it is waivers that affect the services hired in firm by the agency, the refund of the same ones it will be subject to the contractual conditions under which lend their services the respective companies. In case the refunds are made, the agencies will be entitled to deduce for if 10% of the same ones. When it is refunds for not used services and in the case of not becoming effective the refund immediately, the agencies will study to the companies borrowers of services inside the five (5) days of having received the birdcall the order of confirmation of the amounts requested by the traveler. Also they will reinstate the corresponding sums inside the ten (10) following days to the receipt of the respective liquidation.
